Fly with Embird

There are a LOT of buttons in Manager's Right Panel. Because of the time limit of each video, I chose to break this lesson into 2 parts. The buttons in the orange area in the image below are discussed in this tutorial. You'll get a full explanation for ones that don't take a lot of time. Others require quite a bit more time to cover sufficiently so you'll get a brief introduction to those. Video lasts approximately 11 minutes.

Quick Folder Buttons & History. Introduced in #3 Setting Up and in #8 Button Button Part 1. Learn to use the Quick Folder buttons along with the Predefined Folders window to navigate quickly and easily to your favorite folders. You'll learn which buttons Embird may preset for you and then how to set the buttons to open the folders YOU want. You will also be introduced to the Embird HISTORY LIST, which is also a very easy way to get back to a folder you've visited in the past. Filters and Sorting. Introduced in #8 Button Button Part 1. Learn to use the Filter options to choose just the kind of files you want to see in the right panel and in your documents. Or maybe you are suddenly missing files you know should be there? The Filters setting is probably the culprit. You will also learn how you can sort your files by name, extension, date and size. Search. Need help finding the design you are looking for? You know it has Rose in the name but can't find it? Or maybe you want to find Rose files that fit only in the 100x100mm hoop. Embird Search is the way to go - and there are several ways to use it including the Search-as-You-Type feature, new in Embird 2020. Introduced in #8 Button Button Part 1. Attachments to Email. This feature has been part of Embird for a very long time. In versions prior to 2020, you must be using an email program that is installed on your computer. With 2020, you can now use online email programs. It isn't the easiest Embird feature to get working, but I'll walk you through how it can be used as well as give you tips for getting it up and running on your computer.
